Welcoming Winter: A Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat

with Dr. Pamela Mirsky & Natasha Korshak

Saturday, October 31th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm

$85, Sol Member Discount Applicable

As we move into the darkest days of the year, this half-day retreat gives the opportunity to step away from the many demands on our attention and instead turn inward. It gives time to pause and reconnect with the body and mind, and to rediscover the power of rest and spaciousness.

This retreat will be co-led by Pam and Natasha, and will include periods of guided and silent meditation, mindful movement and supportive teachings. Foundational mindfulness experience is recommended, but the retreat is appropriate for all those interested in deepening their practice, both newer and more experienced practitioners alike. Retreat is a great opportunity to move out of the noise of daily life, steady the mind, and reconnect with what is most important to us.
