Join Em Saunders, trauma recovery doula and craniosacral therapist, for this four week exploration of somatic tools for nervous system resilience. Participants will develop skills to know what’s happening in their nervous systems moment-to-moment, discern when to stay present with discomfort or take purposeful breaks, and strategically support their unique body/mind through intense times and physiological stress. We’ll workshop real-world obstacles and share collective wisdom, and look at what it means to do (and become) this in an anti-oppressive and de-colonial way. Join us for the series or attend individual sessions as you can.
