$40 for the series, regular class fee otherwise.

Enjoy the perfect combination of both hatha and yin yoga.
The hatha portion will focus on active poses that build stronger bones and joints using the Yoga for Osteoporosis approach of Dr. Loren Fishman.
The Yin portion will invite release and softening via passive floor postures held for 2 to 3 minutes. The class will end with a loving kindness meditation that likewise balances the active and passive nature of the heart.
Trish Harris began her yoga journey in 2012 when a personal crisis pushed her to seek help. She found healing and hope in the restorative power of yoga and now finds such fulfillment in sharing it with others. With a passion for teaching aging bodies to strengthen, stretch and rest she offers a gentle nurturing practice. Trish has additional training as an Interfaith Spiritual Director and is in the process of completing training as an Organic Intelligence Coach. She loves taking the grace yoga offers into her life with her husband, 5 kids and circle of friends. She loves reading all kinds of books, usually a couple at a time and watching Korean dramas in her spare time. She is the owner of Divine Journey Yoga and teaches throughout Tucson.
