The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are one of the most significant source texts of the Yoga Tradition. They offer a profound understanding of consciousness and the means to expand and free consciousness from self-imposed limitations. The second chapter of the four chapter text is what our primary teacher, Rama Jyoti Vernon, drew from to apply to her conflict resolution work with the former Soviet Union and elsewhere around the world.
Learn about a spiritual approach to conflict resolution and how to serve humanity, especially before the next election cycle. This class is relevant to beginners as well as for those that have practiced yoga for years. As an intimate student of Rama Jyoti Vernon, who devoted her life to the full exploration of both the mystical and practical teachings of Yoga, Ann is the perfect guide to help us study how we can embrace the spiritual aspects of conflict resolution in our lives. Now is the time to understand more about transcending polarities.
