Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga classically implies the use of yoga props- blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps to create supported postures that open & relax the body, free the breath, and quiet the mind. In addition to the props, our restorative yoga class will include a variety of other mindful, meditative, trauma-sensitive practices for rest and recovery. As a compliment to more active exercise, as a reward for all you do, or simply as a powerful way to unwind from the stress of the day, restorative yoga provides true self-care.
*This practice is easily modifiable for all stages of pregnancy.
