Dynamic Yoga
Postures are taught in flowing sequences, connected by the breath. This is a Vinyasa style practice requiring practitioners to be able to move from standing to prone positions repeatedly. A step by step progression is utilized to mindfully challenge practitioners of all skill levels.
This energizing and re-calibrating practice is based on the Dynamic Method created by British teacher Godfrey Devereaux.
