Nurturing Our Relational Selves
Nurturing Our Relational Selves, With Michelle Holly Marks
Exploring the workings of interpersonal neurobiology
May 13th from 2:00 to 4:30
$75
Join us in the investigation of our relational selves through a lens of interpersonal neurobiology, the brain and implicit mind, and attachment theory and research. This brings new light to what it actually means to be safe and present, as well as how to work anew with boundaries and connectedness.
The session will be both didactic and experiential. We will be connecting within and also have interactive opportunities in dyads and the group. Michelle’s way is practical, embodied, and full of passion, and compassion for the relational journey of life and love.
