Saturday Breath Yoga with Kristina Hook 8:00 to 9:15.
For more experienced Yoga and movement practitioners, Kristina’s class is a special exploration of how to move breath and energy in the body.
$10 or class pass, no registration necessary
Saturday Yoga Immersion: Spring Fling with Natasha 10:00 to 12:30.
In honor of Spring, the immersion will be a series of backbends, twists, and inversions that stimulate the digestive and elimination systems and help transition the body from the Winter season. Intended for more experienced yoga students.
$25 before April 15, $30 thereafter – Registration
Sunday Morning Yoga with Natasha 8:00 to 9:15.
An all levels yoga practice with an emphasis on balanced effort and the expansion of breath in the body. We’ll do something special for Easter.
$10 or class pass, no registration necessary
Sunday Silent Sit 9:30 to 10:15.
A dedicated space and time to practice meditation together with no instruction.
$10 or class pass, complimentary for those attending Sunday Yoga
Brunch at Govinda’s 11:00 to 1:00.
Carpool with us, or bike ride with us, or meet us there.
Govinda’s Natrual Foods Buffet at 711 E. Blacklidge.
We’ll get there at 11:00 when they open and hope to get a large table on the patio
Want to keep meditating after brunch? Some of us will go on to the Tucson Community Meditation Center for the second half of their monthly day of practice with Lhasha Tizer.
