Transforming Grief & Loss Workshop: An Informational Session
During this session, we will share some of the experiential methods used in the workshop, and describe elements of the workshop process. There will also be time for individual questions and answers as well.
We use transforming in the workshop title, not to imply that this workshop will transform your grief. But rather to highlight that, grief and loss do indeed transform you.
The Transforming Grief & Loss Workshop provides a powerful environment and a well-established method to help participants better understand the essential value of their feelings, honor their personal stories, and integrate their past and present realities into living and loving anew. The workshop method carries forward the grief externalization work of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and uses the same format as developed by Dr. Larry Lincoln and Anne-Taylor Lincoln.
