This practice series is for students with prior yoga experience or training, and the desire to explore more physical and subtle aspects of yoga technique. This may mean taking posture progressions further, or actually doing less in postures to maintain energetic integrity. Likewise, class may be vigorous or meditative dependent on the teacher’s intention for the session. Mantra and yoga philosophy will be woven into each practice session as well. Come with an empty stomach, ready for an auspicious sunset sadhana (devotional practice).
Please notice that these eight sessions are part of our more extensive Fall Yoga Practice Immersion program and will touch on the eight themes being studied there. If interested, please join us for the whole program.
