The Topic for July:
Attunement is a practice of listening deeply, sensing directly, and discerning what is really happening, and what is called for, if anything. It is the basis of our own self-awareness as well as a key to our relational life. In this month’s gathering we will explore understandings of attunement as well as practice attuning in a variety of light-hearted ways. It’s always happening, yet shining light on the process helps refine our engagement with life and our ability to respond to what is needed.
The Second Sunday Circle is a monthly gathering to explore diverse topics relating to spiritual perspective, path, and practice in an experiential and conversational format. Long time and brand new sol center friends are welcome.
