Yoga Self-Care
This class is an invitation to care for yourself through calm, intentional Hatha yoga, mindful breathing, and guided reflection. You’ll learn to listen to your body with curiosity rather than expectation, and how to experience the benefits of the practice as they unfold, rather than striving for a particular outcome. Together, we’ll cultivate strength, mobility, resilience, and a deeper sense of well-being within a welcoming community where shared experiences remind us that we are not alone in what we carry.
