Everyday Yoga Goodness
Ideally we practice yoga daily. Not just to become more flexible, but to strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection and refine the tone of our nervous system. This dose of everyday yoga goodness will always include a measured sequence of stretching and strengthening poses, as well as classical yogic relaxation and meditation techniques that deepen the experience of inner ease and wellbeing.
Teacher: Stacey Tarquinio
Stacey’s practice is gentle, chest opening, breath focused, and full of ease. She has been ex exploring the path of body, mind, spirit, growth and healing her whole life and completed the Sol Center Yoga Training Program in 2017. Professionally, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice, and a community chaplain.

Daily Classes: In-Person $12 — You may book up to 14 days in advance
Sol Center Community Membership: $90 monthly
