Hatha Yoga: Continuing
This yoga practice is intended to support our physical, mental-emotional and spiritual wellbeing in all stages of life. An emphasis on breath and mindfulness is woven into the class, as students are encouraged to relax and release, while also asking the body to engage on deeper levels. Starting with stretching and warming up, the practice then proceeds into Asana, encouraging all to respect their limits and find enjoyment in their practice. A focus on form and alignment is foundational in this class, while also holding space for each unique anatomy. This practice is intended for those who have some physical foundation in yoga and are interested in exploring their growing edge.
