The Hatha Yoga Pradipika, by Svatmarama is a classic Indian text on the practice of Hatha Yoga. It is cryptic and not easy to understand or apply without the support of a dedicated practitioner and teacher. Chris Coniaris is just that.
In these two intensive sessions Chris will support avid & curious yoga students to explore the text’s teaching and practices with an emphasis on the author’s message that Hatha Yoga is for the sole purpose of attaining Raja Yoga, deeper self- awareness and meditative insight.

February 3rd Mudra, bandha, and samadhi
