This playful class is infused with the spirit of the Gila Wilderness, Whitewater Mesa Labyrinths, and Cordelia’s creative flare. We will practice Asanas of mountains, rivers, mesas, constellations and wilderness creatures. We will take an imaginary camping trip and walk an imaginary labyrinth. We will enjoy our bodies, breath, and the opportunity to play in person. All levels of flexibility and experience are welcome.
Cordelia Rose is a former Gila Wilderness wrangler, a master labyrinth maker, and the founder of Glenwood Yoga. In her previous life she worked behind the scenes in museums in London, Nairobi and New York City. She ended her museum career as the registrar of the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, and is famous for her impeccable record of moving art objects across the world without loss, theft, or damage. She is also famous for riding her Brompton folding bike everywhere. She has left Manhattan and exchanged her bike for a horse and now lives happily upon the Whitewater Mesa near Glenwood, New Mexico with her husband Mike, her horse Stretch, and donkey Chloe.
