Transforming Grief & Loss Mini Retreat
Offered in lieu of our in-person residential weekend
With our TGL Facilitators and Guests
Sunday, October 17th from 1:00 to 6:15 p.m. PDT
$100 by October 1st, $125 thereafter
We call the workshop Transforming Grief and Loss because we believe grief and loss have their own way with us, not because we have a process to resolve or end the pain. Essentially, the practice asks us to honor the truth of our own experience, and build capacity to live and love from that knowing.
The in-person, weekend workshops in Tucson are a unique and sacred process that we do plan to carry on as possible in 2022. While there is no replacement for the workshop experience, we did feel it would be worthwhile to offer something at this time, in a safe virtual format.
In this afternoon program we endeavor to create a sacred space around us and between us. We will weave elements of the traditional workshop with gentle somatic, relational, and externalization practices. There will be light teachings to give context and resources for continued exploration.
