Yoga is a natural body, mind, spirit exercise yet can devolve into just another fitness class. The full yoga experience offers much more.
This summer practice immersion is in invitation to show up for a mellow yet focused flow of traditional practices and teachings. With Natasha’s gentle and clear guidance, you’ll see where the practice takes you beyond stretching and strengthening, and be encouraged to engage in a daily micro-practice between sessions. In this way, you are making the practice your own and extending the practice deeper into your being.
Format and Focus:
The general format each week will include a 45 minute practice, 30 minute teaching talk & discussion, and a 15 minute closing practice.
Week 1 Theme: Relaxation, Letting Go, Forward Bends, and a study of “vairagya /detachment”
Week 2 Theme: Receiving, Enjoying, Side Bends, and a study of “santosha/contentment”
Week 3 Theme: Stimulating, Stoking, Back Bends, and a study of “viveka/discernment”
Week 4 Theme: Reflecting, Reframing, Inversions, a study of “samadhi/meditative bliss”
All levels of experience are welcome. For Registered Yoga Teachers who complete the series there are 6 hours of CEC’s available. For those interested in our 2026-2027 Yoga Teacher Training Program, these credits will be applied to your 200 hour certification path.
