$65 and no cost for current members.
If you have wanted to start yoga but have not quite had the time or place, join Natasha to explore the basics of yoga. The benefit of a series is you meet your fellow students, you learn together and inspire each other. You also challenge yourself positively to commit to a process and integrate what you learn week to week.
As the summer involves more freedom, this series is short and sweet. Yet, a lot can happen in 4 sessions and 28 days. Give yourself the gift of holistic yoga and see for yourself. Think of it as a mini stay-cation.
In this beginner series you will:
• Learn the form, function, and essence of foundational yoga postures
• Understand the value of conscious breathing and how to use breath awareness
• Develop a personal sense of balanced effort- The Goldilock’s Principle.
• Gain new skills for pausing, relaxing, opening, & attuning to the body/mind.
There are 6 hours credit available for Yoga Teacher Trainees who attend all sessions and complete a written reflection.
