Slow Flow Yoga & Sound, with Natasha
This will be a gentle, contemplative exploration of fluid, dynamic movement linked with breath and sound. While a typical Vinyasa or Flow yoga class can be quite rigorous and demand agility, our approach will be to create flows that are simple, engaging, playful, and expressive. The sound component invites a fuller experience of breath and subtle attunement, and can support the release of deeper tension held in the body/mind. While not an ideal beginner class, these sessions can accommodate all levels of experience.

Whether teaching beginner, intermediate, or advanced students Natasha’s pace is consistently slow, deep, and expansive. While respecting form and fitness, she emphasizes inner awareness, breath development, and meditative stability. Her intention is to take you to the energetic heart of yoga every time. She is the Director of the Sol Center.
