Move, breathe, be
This practice is designed to gently guide you toward stillness in the body and mind, one of the goals of Classical Yoga. It is within this stillness that relief from physical, emotional, and mental tensions can be found; as well as insight into one’s own true nature. The sequence starts with gentle movement to balance the nervous system, followed by breathwork (pranayama) to further the body-mind connection, and culminates with a lightly guided formal meditation practice. Together, this triad of practices invites you to explore the higher rungs of the Yoga Path with structure and openness, and to cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and ease. All levels of experience with yoga and meditation are welcome.
