In lieu of, please bring a can of food, only cans of food will be accepted, for the Community Food Bank
Registration is not necessary, we simply ask you to be on time
The bell rings promptly at 8:15, the concluding bell rings at 8:45.
There is something sacred, profound, dignified, and worthy in the experience of relative quiet. In our busy and noisy world, it can be hard to find, and uncomfortable to experience. This is part of what meditation helps us remember and re-familiarize ourselves with.
While most of us practice at home alone; it is helpful to have the calm of the center, and the camaraderie of other practitioners. With this in mind, we invite you to join our sol meditators for our morning meditation practice together.
