Second Sunday Circle for this month:

The final Second Sunday Circle of the year will be a chance to slow down and reflect on your year of practice, your insights, and the new dreams taking root.  All approached in the spirit of joy, wonder, and celebration.  Plans for light hearted fun are in motion.  This will be our contemplative community holiday party!  Anyone who supports your practice is welcome too (except for pets).

The Second Sunday Circle is a monthly gathering to explore diverse topics relating to spiritual perspective, path, and practice in an experiential and conversational format. Long time and brand new sol center friends are welcome.

Natasha Korshak is a long time teacher and trainer of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness and the Director of the Sol Center. She has worked in the fields of integrative health care her entire professional career, and is an ordained Interfaith Minister with an emphasis on contemplative practice and spiritual direction.
