Second Sunday Circle for this month:
Some days, the volume of grief in the world is astonishing. There are so many public, private and day-to-day losses unfolding all around us. It is not only hard to know where to turn, but perhaps even harder to hold our feelings with tender care.
During this Second Sunday we will create brave safe space. Together we will explore grief through mindful content and the offer of spaces for sharing, conversation, and reflection. Grief and losses named will be held, honored, and witnessed with tender care and respect.
Bring a journal, pen and openness to sharing your experiences of loss as well as for listening to the sharing of others. Confidentiality will be held as a group expression of joining in the conversation.

The Second Sunday Circle is a monthly gathering to explore diverse topics relating to spiritual perspective, path, and practice in an experiential and conversational format. Long time and brand new sol center friends are welcome.
Deb Brandt is a certified grief coach, funeral celebrant, educator and writer. Her work is informed by a master’s degree in religious studies as well as training in grief and death studies. As a celebrant, Deb has collaborated with families to create meaning in the face of loss and sometimes difficult circumstances. Most recently, Deb has been opening conversations about grief in workplace and church settings.
