Everyday Yoga Goodness
Ideally we practice yoga daily. Not just to become more flexible, but to strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection and refine the tone of our nervous system. This dose of everyday yoga goodness will always include a measured sequence of stretching and strengthening poses, as well as classical yogic relaxation and meditation techniques that deepen the experience of inner ease and wellbeing.
Teacher: Margaret Adcock
Margaret has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years and completed the Sol Center Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2020. Her approach is rooted in being present, compassionate, and curious with whatever arises in the breath, body, heart, and mind. Margaret also understands the challenges of body/mind connection and incorporates a trauma-informed lens. Professionally she is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice at Love Live Therapy Center and also a mother of three.

Daily Classes: In-Person $12 — You may book up to 14 days in advance
Sol Center Community Membership: $90 monthly
