Everyday Yoga Goodness


Ideally we practice yoga daily. Not just to become more flexible, but to strengthen the body/mind/spirit connection and refine the tone of our nervous system. This dose of everyday yoga goodness will always include a measured sequence of stretching and strengthening poses, as well as classical yogic relaxation and meditation techniques that deepen the experience of inner ease and wellbeing.

Teacher: Selene Brambl

Selene’s goal is to support nervous system regulation and personal healing, even in the aftermath of trauma or chronic stress. After completing her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Oasis, she has continued her education with Yin and Trauma-Informed Yoga trainings. She is currently a psychology researcher at the University of Arizona, and has a Master’s of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health. Her unique background has developed her worldview into a synthesis of ancient wisdom practices and current science to promote health and well-being at every phase of life’s journey.

Daily Classes: In-Person $12 You may book up to 14 days in advance

Sol Center Community Membership: $90  monthly
– allows for you attend a variety of daily classes and other classes such as the Sunday Circle for one month.
– offers you a 10% discount on many of our special programs.
You will be sent a code to use for redemption whilst scheduling classes, and your membership will be automatically renewed.
