Embody your fascia through mapping the structures of the bones, the connective tissues, and the nerves. This series brings mind body together in a better understanding of anatomy, via:
–playful, nourishing movement
–self-massage
–breath exploration
In concert, movement, massage, and breath will attune your body awareness through the three “ceptions”:
–What do you sense about the inner spaces of your body? (Interoception)
–What do you notice about your body in space? (Proprioception)
–What can sensory input (touch, taste, sight, sound, smell) from our environment change about our sense of self? (Exteroception)
As kinesthetic intelligence (KQ) is renewed, it helps you better reconnect to, regulate, and reset homeostasis. As well as discover more ease and satisfaction in your body!

About Ren Udall
I discovered movement while healing from auto-immune illness during my late teens and 20s. I credit my movement practice in creating renewed ease and strength, freedom from pain, and a return to daily embodiment. Movement as a healing journey led to a career, one that is truly a passion! I enjoy working with you to explore and facilitate your body’s full capacity. Together, we’ll find ways to cultivate intelligent, fun movement, to best support your unique needs and goals.
My education and inspiration are grounded in Gyrotonic Expansion System, Restorative Exercise, Z-Health Neuro-Performance, Pilates, and Functional Movement. Continuing to be curious, play, and study new concepts are primary to my process. Currently, I’m focused on integrating neuroscience with the structural + biomechanical lenses that have informed movement education for decades. I’m exploring how better sensing ourselves contributes to stronger communities and deeper connection to our environment (hello, saguaro!).
