This half day retreat will be an opportunity to relax, reflect, and renew in a structured contemplative format. Contemplative implies taking time, slowing down, shifting attention from our usual preoccupations; while we all have had some measure of this with the pandemic, it does not necessarily mean we have been able to drop into a contemplative rhythm.
While we will be separate in our own environments for this retreat, we will be together in our intention to be contemplative, to befriend ourselves, and to explore the connection of present and past in the hope of deeper peace and freedom.
Drawing from her training and experience in Interfaith ministry, spiritual direction, mindfulness, yoga, and the externalization process of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Natasha has structured the retreat as a weave of all these. There will be a combination of body awareness practices, meditation, personal reflection, teaching, comments and questions; and periods on and off screen.
