Yoga is a powerful system for physical and mental health and well-being, yet it can be intimidating to set foot in a formal class for the first time. If you have wanted to start or return to Yoga anew, this will be the perfect atmosphere and a good taste of how we practice at the Sol Center in general: Mindful, Playful, Affirmative, Meditative, Measured, and Skillful. Here are some of the things we will explore specifically:
- Posture and Breath Basics
- Strength and Stability Stokers
- Stretch and Extension Principles
- Restorative and Meditative Tidbits
Natasha Korshak. Whether teaching beginner, intermediate, or advanced students Natasha’s pace is consistently slow, deep, and expansive. While respecting form and fitness, she emphasizes inner awareness, breath development, and meditative stability. Her intention is to take you to the energetic heart of yoga every time. She is the Director of the Sol Center.
