Meet yourself again wherever you are! Just in time for the solstice and beyond, this Ayurveda series helps you untie the blockages that may have accumulated this spring. Discover the joys of healthy eating, yoga, exercise and breathing. Promote gastro-intestinal health, gut-brain communication and bring balance to your mental and physical outlook.  In this three-part program, Ayurvedic practitioner and expert Ann Wagoner will guide us through a simple protocol for a gentle reset.

Week 1:

Food & Lifestyle Prep. Learn to identify foods and habits that contribute to the cycles of stress, inflammation and toxicity. Begin to shift away from provocation to palliation of Dosha (constitution). Start journaling, meditating and building your healthy foods list.

Week 2:

Five days of perfect living. Take your mindful self-compassion to the next level with simple home practices. This session will include a brief virtual cooking class with Ann. There will also be space to talk and process how the new foods & spices taste.

Week 3:

Reflect on Lessons Learned.  This session will help you incorporate what you’ve done once into regular daily routines to enable a smooth transition for continued momentum in the directions of health, happiness and bliss.

Ann will be available for basic questions via email along the way. For those that may want extra support, private sessions can be arranged for an additional fee.
