Grief touches every part of our lives, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This class offers a compassionate and supportive space to gently explore grief through movement, breath, sound, and reflection. The practice reminds us that grief doesn’t just live in our thoughts; it settles in our bodies too.
Participants are invited to move at their own pace through gentle, accessible practices designed to support emotional release, grounding, self-compassion, and healing. Each session weaves together guided movement and moments of reflection in a welcoming environment. Each session will be a unique journey into your own grief and healing.
This class is open to anyone navigating the death of a loved one, a relationship, a job, health, identity, or other significant change. No yoga experience is necessary; only an openness and willingness to show up exactly as you are.
Session One: Honoring the Weight of Grief
Session Two: What the Heart Remembers
Session Three: Finding the Calm within the Storm
