This experiential workshop explores the relationship between breath, fascia, movement, and the central nervous system through the lens of yoga.
Using deep natural breathing, fluid movement, and accessible postures, we will investigate how fascia—the body’s continuous connective tissue network—supports integration, awareness, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
Together we will explore:
• What exactly is fascia?
• How does fascia relate to yogic philosophy and embodied awareness?
• How can we sense and awaken fascia within our own bodies?
• How does deep breathing hydrate, mobilize, and enliven fascial tissue?
• How do movement, breath, and attention influence the central nervous system?
The practice will include a gentle sequence of postures and fluid movements designed to:
• deepen and free the breath
• mobilize and hydrate fascia
• improve sensory awareness
• calm and regulate the nervous system
• cultivate ease, integration, and presence
Suitable for all levels. No prior experience needed.
