Mamas-to-be, new mamas, and any woman wanting a deep dose of rest, care, and good vibrations. Join sound healer and energy medicine practitioner for this special hour of soothing sound support.
Come and experience the gentle, yet potent, sounds of antique Tibetan Singing Bowls. This session offers many benefits — physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually; in any combination, on some or all of these levels of our beingness. This mode of organic sound has a profound calming effect on the brain and nervous system, allowing for very deep relaxation and stress relief. When we are soothed this way, healing happens!
You are welcome to utilize the studio’s blankets and props (bring your own mat), so you will be comfortable laying on the floor. If you cannot be on the floor, you are also welcome to use a chair. Please do not eat within 2-3 hours of receiving this type of energy work and drink plenty of water that day. Dress comfortably and natural-fiber clothing without words on it is recommended.

I have formal training and certification in each of these modalities, as well as ample time in actual, practical practice with a wide variety of people.
