Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga classically implies the use of yoga props- blankets, bolsters, blocks, and straps to create supported postures that open & relax the body, free the breath, and quiet the mind. In addition to the props, our restorative yoga class will include other mindful, meditative, trauma-sensitive practices for restoration and recovery. As an adjunct to strength & endurance training, athletics, or simply the stress of the day, restorative yoga is an ideal dose of ease and ahhh.
