Yoga Philosophy for Resilience and Responsiveness

Yoga is an experiential philosophy, with physical and meditative techniques to support the understanding and embodiment of the teachings. In this brief seminar we will look at a few key concepts from the Vedic Tradition and the Yoga Sutras, and how we can apply them to our personal circumstances. While there are many way to consider how we build resilience and understand ethics, we will focus on the philosophy itself and how to link its wisdom to our life practice.
