Yoga Nidra Meditation
Yoga Nidra is a unique form of meditation that involves lying down and being guided in the relaxation of your body, and cooling the mind. It not only helps in achieving deep relaxation but also expands one’s awareness. The practice often begins with gentle warm-ups and preparation before the formal meditation, and concludes with comments and questions for further understanding.
