Trish and the Sol Center invite you to join us to celebrate the end of the year Yin Style.  In addition to her love of Yoga in general and Yin in particular, Trish also loves to sing and will include special songs, chants, and meditations to help you close the year harmoniously.

About Yin Yoga: it stands out as a unique practice, where you hold passive poses for several minutes each. In contrast to more dynamic yoga styles, Yin focuses on stretching connective tissues such as ligaments and fascia rather than muscles. Picture easing into a pose with support from props like cushions and bolsters. Whether you’re new to yoga or exploring new dimensions of your practice, Yin Yoga encourages you to slow down, stretch deeply, and discover moments of tranquility.
