Yin to Yang
Yin To Yang Starting a movement practice with the deep, grounded nature of yin stretches relaxed tissues and prepares the nervous system for the demands of more muscular, dynamic yang motions. This practice will flow from Yin to Yang to Yin again, bringing you both subtly and physically to a natural state of balance.
