In the big and small chaos of daily living, it can feel impossible to take a moment for yourself as a parent. And yet, embracing the creative pause in a caring community is one of the most soul-sustaining practices we can practice as mothers, both for ourselves and to model for our young ones. Join us for two hours of intentional creativity focused on you. We’ll set the intention for who we are and want to be as mothers, and explore our unique gifts and strengths we offer our children and our communities. Using photographs, magazines, and natural objects, we’ll create vision boards to take home with us as a reminder. Whether you’re creating a vision board for birth, postpartum or beyond, you’ll leave this workshop with both artwork and heartwork that comes from creating in a community of mothers supporting one another.
General materials will be provided, feel free to print out and bring photos of yourself and/or people/places you love.
