Topic for this month:
Come share in the conversation around our human biology and the spiritual practice of love and how the two are in relationships. We are complex and dynamic beings born wired for connection. And yet, it is in the realm of relationships (with ourselves, with others, and with our reality) that we often meet our greatest struggles. We will explore staying curious with ourselves and our brain states and how our history lives within our present. Our system is wise and will always favor our survival, and so the experiential classroom is a great gateway into discerning what is actually okay vs what may have once been not okay.
The Second Sunday Circle is a monthly gathering to explore diverse topics relating to spiritual perspective, path, and practice in an experiential and conversational format. Long time and brand new sol center friends are welcome.
