Mindfulness can support ease, gratitude, and well-being—but sometimes it feels like hard work or just another thing to do. This class offers a refreshing approach: creative, energizing, and full of fun.

Designed for adults with some mindfulness experience, we’ll explore lighthearted ways to deepen your practice through simple games, group reflection, and a touch of meditation. We’ll also troubleshoot common challenges, acknowledge the ups and downs of practice, and celebrate the many ways mindfulness already shows up in your daily life.

Remember, your mindfulness and meditation practices are about helping you manage challenging moments as well as getting the most from the joyful ones. The more you practice, the greater the benefit!

Join us to:
• Discover how play can support learning, presence, and personal growth
• Reconnect with the restorative power of humor and genuine self-care
• Remember to notice—and savor—what’s already right and good
• Learn how pesky habits can be gently transformed with intention

Come move a little, laugh a little, and reconnect with what makes mindfulness feel alive.

Holly Cluff.  Holly’s path to teaching mindfulness and meditation has been shaped by her years as a public-school educator and her own personal journey as a meditator. Since beginning her practice in 2009, she has experienced firsthand how mindfulness can ease stress and anxiety—and also nurture clarity, resilience, and well-being. She has completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, attended multiple 10-day silent meditation retreats, and continues to deepen her practice through ongoing study and reflection. Holly is also a certified instructor with the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA). Since 2017, she has been sharing mindfulness with people of all ages (from 5 to 100!), offering engaging tools that support everyday life. Her teaching style is grounded in practical, playful strategies which reflect her belief that mindfulness is not just a practice, but a life skill.
