Mindful Self Compassion: A Second Sunday Seminar via Zoom

How often do we find it easy to offer compassion to others, but difficult to offer it to ourselves? Cultivating self-compassion allows us to apply the same support, understanding, and kindness we would to a loved one to ourselves. This Second Sunday Seminar will offer opportunities to explore the idea of self-compassion, experience practices that can be used to cultivate it each and every day, and share questions and experiences with others.
Erin Gaylen’s self-compassion journey has unfolded through her experiences with yoga and education. She has been teaching adults in the college setting for over 20 years, and completed Sol Center’s yoga teacher training in 2015. She is currently a teacher-in-training with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and plans to offer an 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion course with the Sol Center later this year.
