Ok, I know we are zoomed out, but I am used to being on Zoom at length with our more intensive programs and I would love to share a cumulative progression of practices with those of you interested in having a fuller practice experience.
We will begin the morning with a special breath and meditation practice, we will shift into a presentation on Yoga Philosophy, we will return to our group gathering for Sunday Morning Yoga, and we will conclude with a powerful yoga nidrā and closing ritual. For those in town, we will gather for an in-person lunch. Location to TBD.
The spirit of the practices will be gentle and accessible, with an emphasis on layering the Yoga experience and leading you toward deeper states of calm and clarity than are possible in brief sessions. Please join us from the comfort of your home, anywhere.
