OK, we can’t gather in the Gila Wilderness as we were planning and hoping to do, but Cordelia and I still want to offer a gathering and practice of sorts. Having refashioned all our Sol Center programs virtually, we know this can be lovely. As these practices guide you inward, it is not so much about looking at the screen but being present for yourself and supported by of the collective field of practice. Stringing practices together allows the deepening you just glimpse in an hour long class. Join us for Part 1 or Part 2, or treat yourself by taking the whole day. All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome.

Releasing the Mind Waves: Meditation & Group Discussion
Learning to be calm and mindful is one of the great needs of our time. Refresh the basics of meditation and apply meditative skills to speaking and listening for greater connection and insight.

Yoga & Stories from the Gila, with Cordelia Rose
In this class infused with the spirit of the Gila Wilderness and Whitewater Mesa Labyrinths, we will practice Asanas of mountains, rivers, and mesas to release our housebound selves to joyful adventure. Cordelia will lead us as we walk an imaginary labyrinth in which we put one careful foot in front of the other as we would on a trail or a labyrinth in the Gila.
