Dynamic Yoga: Eight Week Challenge
with Mark Benavidez
Beginning January 8th
$88, free for Sol Center Members
The Dynamic Yoga Training Method is a somatic, meditative approach to yoga posture practice, developed by international yoga teacher Godfrey Devereux. It is similar to the vigor of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with flowing set sequences linked to breath, yet allows for more adaptation, sensitivity, and accessibility. Embodying the wisdom of Patanjali’s yoga sutras, movement is the neurological primer for stillness and meditative inquiry and insight.
This eight-week challenge is an opportunity to experience and develop within the Dynamic Yoga framework week by week; and to strengthen your appreciation of Yoga’s place in your wellness routine. The Dynamic Yoga sequence also builds the foundation of a personal home yoga practice.
As a long time Dynamic Yoga instructor and a certified personal trainer Mark brings a wealth of fitness knowledge, personal dedication, humor and humility to his teaching. You will appreciate his way as you find your way on the yoga path in 2026.
