Beginner’s Yoga: Three Week Series
If you have wanted to try yoga for the first time or anew, we invite you to join us for this special complimentary Beginner’s Yoga series.
These classes are for all bodies and will help orient you to the yoga process; including how to use props, how to modify poses, and how to find your “sweet spot”. Each session will include a variety of easy to do yoga poses and techniques that help you:
• Develop range of motion
• Be a healthier breather
• Build strength and stability.
• Learn about the body/mind connection
• Integrate body/mind/spirit
• Befriend and appreciate your body as it is for now
