The Yoga Tradition stems from India and has deep roots in our human quest for meaning and well-being.

The International Day of Yoga was established by the UN 12 years ago to recognize its worldwide appeal and promote its holistic benefits for health and well-being.  Come learn a bit about the journey of East to West, Yoga’s relevance to our modern world, and Tucson’s own Stonehenge sites.

Natasha Korshak, E-RYT 500, YACEP, ICM:  Natasha has been teaching and developing yoga, meditation, & mindfulness programs in a variety of health and wellness organizations since the 1990’s.  Natasha also brings her background in Interfaith Theology, Spiritual Direction, Grief Process, and Vedic Astrology.
