The Natural State of Non-Duality: A Half-Day Meditation and Embodiment Retreat
With Michael Pellegrino
Saturday, July 12th from 1:00 to 5:00 pm
$65, Sol Member discount applicable
This afternoon of focused practice will be an opportunity to let go of the outside world and draw the mind inward to the peace and joy of who you are.
Using the combined tools of mindfulness meditation and embodiment/Nervous System Regulation, practices will support the felt experience of calm and clarity, the gateway of non-dual reality.
As this calm, clear, natural, non-dual state becomes more familiar, it becomes the foundation for greater freedom, compassion, peace and joy, beyond the limitations you have been taught to believe.
The 4 hour practice session will be divided between 3 meditations (varying from 20-45 minutes), movement, energy-work, breathwork, short lecture periods, and discussion. New and experienced meditators are welcome.
