Mindful Hatha Flow
For new and continuing students who want a moderate physical practice.
Mindful Hatha Flow combines dynamic movement with conscious breathing to help you channel the intelligence of your body. And, explores simple, slower movements for strength, stability and nervous system regulation. Flowing, Strength, & Restorative elements are energetically paired with music, and a deep closing relaxation moves you into your evening and week with energy and ease.
