Yoga Immersion Spring Fling
In honor of Spring we will explore a series of backbends, twists, and inversions that stimulate the digestive and elimination systems and help transition the body from the winter season…
The sequence will be mindful, breath centered, and measured for each participant; with consideration of detailed physical alignment as well as subtle body energetics. This is to say, we can each go deep into poses and their benefits, without having to go beyond our productive physical limit. We will use plenty of props and some partner work too. This is intended for more experienced or physical yoga students.
2 hours of CEU’s are available for registered yoga teachers.
